ASU Foundation is committed to protecting donor privacy by developing technology that gives donors the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the ASU Foundation website and governs data collection and usage, as well as donor information collected both online and offline. By using the ASU Foundation website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This statement relates to all donor information provided to the ASU Foundation. This policy regarding use and release of donor information is issued by the ASU Foundation.
