Business and Resource Services
The mission of the ASU Foundation Business and Resource Services department is to support the cultivation and development activities of the foundation and the university by providing a wide range of services that are organized into three areas: financial services, gift processing and human resources. The office collaborates closely with units across the foundation and university to provide the infrastructure to enable others to achieve their goals and objectives.
Services provided include:
- Foundation-wide policy development;
- Human resources services, including employee benefits;
- Investor/donor gift and grant agreement development;
- Gift and grant processing including receipting, recording and reporting;
- Strategic financial planning and budget management;
- Accounting and financial reporting, including taxation issues;
- Operating expense reporting, vendor payments and employee reimbursements;
- CAE and CASE reporting;
- Endowment and investment management; and
- Treasury services, including banking services.
The ASU Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, as determined by the Internal Revenue Service. You may view the IRS determination letter. |
