The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program works in cooperation with your bank, similar to automatic teller machines, direct deposit and other electronic banking services accomplished without paper handling.
To get started, you simply need to print and complete an EFT Authorization Form indicating your desire to give a gift by Electronic Funds Transfer. This form is a PDF version. To view or print PDF files, you'll need free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
After you have completed the EFT Authorization Form, please mail it to:

Employer matching gift programs are great ways to increase the overall value and impact of your gift. Many companies, large and small, will match employees’ contributions to colleges and universities — and some even match contributions from their employees’ spouses, retirees or board members. Simply obtain a matching gift form from your employer, complete it and send it to the ASU Foundation with your contribution.
If you don’t see your company on the list below, be sure to ask your human resources representative or charitable giving/grants department if this is an option for you.
