Women & Philanthropy owes much of its growth and impact since 2002 to its past and present committee members. All active investors are eligible to provide leadership on these four committees.
This committee aids in identifying new members and retaining current ones. Members focus on recruiting women with a passion for education and ASU as well as the financial capacity and desire for philanthropic investment.
Members of this committee dedicate hours to evaluating submitted proposals, conducting site visits and research for selected programs, aiding in program and scholarship follow-up and reporting, and supporting funding candidates selected to present to the full membership.
This advisory committee makes recommendations for speakers, topics and events designed to educate members on ASU’s achievements and exemplify how philanthropic support at ASU makes a difference.
This advisory committee consists of current and past Women & Philanthropy co-chairs and honorary chairs. They manage the overall goals, direction and vision of Women & Philanthropy in conjunction with the ASU Foundation for A New American University’s guidelines and strategies.
