ASU Student Foundation

Founded in 1971, the ASU Student Foundation is a 40-member paraprofessional/honorary organization co-sponsored by the Department of Student Development and the ASU Foundation.

The mission of the ASU Student Foundation is two-fold:

  1. To reward current Arizona State University students by raising funds for the annual Foundation for the Future Scholarship.

  2. To serve as student ambassadors in collaboration with the
Arizona State University Foundation, the President’s Office and the development officers in their efforts to advance the mission of the New American University.

The ASU Student Foundation has annual fundraisers in which the profits are deposited into an endowment. From the interest accrued from this endowment, as well as sponsorship support, the ASU Student Foundation is able to award scholarships to current ASU students each year.

Serving as ambassadors for the university, the members of the ASU Student Foundation assist at various major donor events including receptions, lunches, dinners, pre-games and athletic functions.
