Your gift to the Sun Devil Women's Lacrosse Restricted Fund directly supports the needs of the program, as identified by the head coach and sport administrators. This has included travel, nutrition, equipment and scouting and statistics software that helps our student-athletes and coaches prepare to perform at a championship level.
Impact of Donor Support
- The cost for an out-of-state student-athlete to attend ASU for one year is $71,660 on average between tuition, team travel, equipment, sports medicine, food and nutrition and tutoring/academic resources.
- Arizona State ranked No. 1 in the Pac-12 Conference for the second year in a row in 2023 for Academic Progress Rating which tracks achievement in the classroom year over year ahead of Stanford, Cal, USC and UCLA.
- Some more metrics that show just how much these hard-working student-athletes have achieved with your support: 3.3 average GPA (fall 2022), 76% of student-athletes received “Scholar Baller” status (3.0 GPA or higher), 110 student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA and 138 Academic All-Americans since 2000, which ranks second in the Pac-12 during that stretch.
