Learn more about your impact

Through your generous support of the Graduate College Dean’s Impact Fund, you provide discretionary working capital for Vice Provost and Dean Elizabeth Wentz to invest in key priorities and initiatives for the Graduate College and respond to urgent needs and emerging opportunities to support graduate academic departments, students, faculty and staff. Your gift ensures that the Graduate College holds its place as the gold standard of graduate colleges in the country, supporting graduate students hard at work solving our communities’ and our world’s biggest challenges.

We know that there are needs we may anticipate and those we will not know until they arise. Your support allows us to invest in the areas of greatest need in order to accomplish the Graduate College's key priorities, as well as pivot to respond to the ever-changing needs of graduate students."

Impact of Donor Support

  • More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
  • More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state’s public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
  • And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.

I believe ASU is a major life force in our community and I want to do my part to help it thrive."
