With my experiences with The College, I was able to get involved in organizations such as the Latino Heritage Internship Program, where I was able to go to a National Park and use my learning of history in a real-world setting."

The idea of a paid internship is very much a part of Dean Kenney's thinking about the future, and so I think that's one thing, many students can't find jobs, but if they can get a step up into a paid internship somewhere, I think that's important.
