The Varsity Sports Research Lab advances sports research while empowering students to develop both academic and professional skills through hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world learning. Drawing on core concepts from sport—such as teamwork, leadership, and performance—we create a collaborative environment where students grow as researchers and professionals. Many projects engage local organizations to create meaningful community impact.
