Small Wars Journal and Inter Populum
Learn more about your impact
Small Wars Journal's mission is to foster rigorous, nonpartisan discussion that informs policy and practice by publishing relevant, experience-based analysis at the "speed of relevance." Its peer-reviewed sister publication, Inter Populum, builds upon this mission by providing a rigorous academic forum dedicated to advancing research and debate on irregular warfare, special operations and the intersection of these fields with diplomacy, civil society and other instruments of national power.
Together, the two publications create a comprehensive ecosystem for both rapid policy discourse and scholarly research, promoting innovative thinking, evidence-based analysis and collaboration among academics, practitioners and national security leaders to address the evolving challenges of strategic competition and modern conflict.
Your gift helps sustain these vital platforms for scholarship and professional dialogue, ensuring that innovative research and practical insights continue to inform the next generation of national security leaders.
