Learn more about your impact

José and Frances Burruel have been fans, supporters and proud alumni of Arizona State University and Sun Devil Athletics since the 1940s. Through their endowed scholarship, the Burruel’s legacy will live on and provide continued support for our Sun Devil student-athletes. José believed that education was a critical piece of our society and frequently used the mantra, “They can take away your car, they can take away your house, but they can never take away your education."
