The SOLS Graduate Programs Crisis Support Fund is a vital resource for helping our graduate students through unexpected emergencies. Started in 2020, the fund has received applications from 24 students and given over $18k for unexpected medical bills, housing costs, and other essential expenses. Graduate school can be a financially challenging time, and unexpected bills are very disruptive to our students. Grants from the crisis fund can be real lifesavers, but this support depends entirely on donations.
