This experiential learning opportunity will engage students with real business problems to enhance their education and, simultaneously, engage the real estate business community. The Lab will source, scope and manage projects allowing students to gain real-world experience as part of their real estate education.  

Your gift will provide operational support of the W. P. Carey Real Estate Experiential Learning lab which provides hands-on learning opportunities such as, but not limited to, industry-led simulations, case competitions and technology-driven tools that bridge classroom theory with real-world practice.
