Learn more about your impact

The Thunderbird SHARE Fellowship is a merit-based scholarship and executive mentorship program for exceptional students enrolled in Thunderbird’s full-time Master of Global Management degree program. It is designed to empower the changemakers of tomorrow who are committed to driving progress in their home regions.

SHARE’s goal is to give promising talent the opportunity to turbo-charge their future with an education from Thunderbird. At the same time, they bring their leadership, insight, cultural experiences and broad worldview to the school, enriching the student experience and the Thunderbird community through their unique perspectives.

Through your support, you help sustain a community of leaders whose influence extends far beyond the classroom.

Being a SHARE Fellow means…you have the connections that are necessary for you to enhance your career development to the next stage.”

Impact of donor support

Global impact continues to expand. Since 2008, the SHARE has awarded fellowships to over 90 students from more than 45 different countries, representing every region of the world and extending Thunderbird’s global reach.

Student success extends beyond graduation. SHARE Fellows work in every industry with 33% going on to launch their own ventures.

Fellows give back and lead forward. As of 2025, over 85% of former SHARE Fellows have contributed back into the program, reflecting a strong culture of service and long-term engagement.

It has been fantastic to watch the students’ careers as they have gone back out and taken on new roles all over the world. They are doing exactly what we hoped they would do."
