The ADE Recruitment and Retention Team is committed to being a steadfast and reliable partner to ensure schools have everything they need to attract and keep the highest quality educators for their students. We will provide accurate data about what is happening in our state relating to education and its workforce, as well as share current research on recruitment and retention best practices. We will inform citizens on how to enter and grow in the profession, and commit to uplifting the voices of those in the profession.
Impact of Donor Support
- More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
- More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state’s public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
- And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.
