The Paisan and Joyce Boonlorn Memorial Scholarship was established by their daughter Jennifer, in loving memory of who her parents were and the wonderful lives they led. In May of 2000, the Boonlorn family was involved in a fatal accident, which took the lives of both parents, Paisan and Joyce. After witnessing the amazing outpouring of love and support that she and her sister received Jennifer decided that she wanted to give back in her parent’s memory as much as she had been given. The Paisan and Joyce Boonlorn Memorial Scholarship is a way to express gratitude to the many families, friends and members of the ASU community who have helped the Boonlorn girls and pay tribute to the living legacy of Paisan and Joyce.
