Analytical thinking exists in all facets of the business; from determining the risks related to a specific account, pricing and properly defining the policy terms for an account, ensuring the adequacy of the company's overall rate levels, optimal claims handling to ensure fair and timely settlement for those who have experienced a loss, to having a strong understanding of its agency partners, the effectiveness of corporate marketing efforts and even internal staff engagement. Nautilus seeks to recognize a scholar that exhibits this skill set and one that will continue to utilize this competency in their academic and professional work.
