At ASU, the work we accomplish is measured by how we can positively impact the communities we work in.
The Next Generation Council is a group of dedicated alumni whose goal is to embrace the role of philanthropy in support of ASU and serve as a voice of alumni to drive meaningful engagement and build advocacy.
Arizona State University’s Charter calls for it to be a university “measured not by whom it excludes, but rather by whom it includes and how they succeed.” The ASU Foundation embraces this vision and believes its board of directors must be inclusive of input from all generations and interests.
The foundation formed the Next Generation Council to ensure the voices of Millennials and subsequent generations have their say in ASU’s philanthropic and engagement efforts.
If you are an ASU alum who graduated within the last 20 years, your gift to any ASU program on Sun Devil Giving Day, will be matched by the Next Generation Council Impact Match Fund. The council will match dollar for dollar every gift up to $50, until the pool of $10,000 from member contributions is exhausted.
