Learn more about your impact

As technology becomes essential to academic success, workforce readiness and daily life, gaps in access and digital literacy continue to limit opportunity for many. TechBridge exists to bridge these gaps by ensuring that access to technology is paired with the education and support required for meaningful, long-term impact.

TechBridge serves Arizona State University students, faculty, staff, and members of the surrounding community, with a particular focus on those who face barriers to accessing devices, technical support or digital education.

Through device collection and refurbishment, educational workshops, hands-on training and community service initiatives, TechBridge empowers individuals to use technology safely, effectively and with confidence — strengthening the ASU community and extending its impact beyond campus.

As an ASU student pursuing a career as an elementary school teacher, I am passionate about ensuring that all students have access to the technological resources they need to succeed. Through TechBridge, I’ve been able to support fellow ASU students and give back to the broader community in a tangible way. Helping others access the tools, resources and support they need has been incredibly rewarding and has further strengthened my passion for serving students and making a lasting impact.”

Impact of donor support

Funds are used to:

  • Support the purchase of low-cost devices, replacement parts (batteries, chargers, screens) and refurbishment tools to increase the number of laptops, tablets and devices donated to students in need
  • Cover costs related to operating systems, productivity software, antivirus protection and basic cybersecurity tools.
  • Fund materials, licenses and instructional resources for workshops focused on internet safety, cybersecurity basics, device troubleshooting and responsible technology use.
  • Enable TechBridge members to deliver digital literacy programming at senior living centers, public schools and community centers by covering transportation, materials and program supplies.
  • Assist with essential expenses such as storage for donated devices, marketing and outreach materials, workshop supplies and administrative costs necessary to responsibly scale the organization’s impact.
