Making graduate education accessible and ensuring the success of ASU’s 28,000-plus graduate students are top priorities for the Graduate College. Your support of the Graduate College Student Success and Fellowship Fund ensures that students have the support they need to fund and successfully complete their graduate education. Each and every day, graduate students are making discoveries and creating new knowledge. Your gift changes lives, fuels discovery and impacts change in our community and in our world.

Funding from the Graduate College was a very precious event in my life. It allowed me to pursue my academic career in both architecture and sustainable solutions. If it wasn't for this scholarship, I would not have been able to continue and would have dropped out of the program. The funding allowed me to pursue my passion and will enable me to enrich future communities with my knowledge."

LaDawn Bentley, ASU Graduate College alumnus, Master of Sustainability Solutions and Master of Architecture

Impact of Donor Support

  • More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
  • More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state’s public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
  • And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.

I believe ASU is a major life force in our community and I want to do my part to help it thrive."
