ASU/Heal International Covid-19 Contact Tracing

Learn more about your impact

Biodesign is using its considerable laboratories to help with COVID-19 testing. HEAL International is building a team of contact tracers to as quickly as possible notify people who are unaware that they've been exposed to COVID-19. Your gift will help pay for their contracts and for the supervision that will be necessary to have in place, quite instantly. The world has been shaken to the core financially and psychologically, and contact tracing--one of the oldest tools in the public health toolbox--is not presently being done in Arizona.

Impact of Donor Support

  • More learners can pursue higher education. In 2022, 22,000 donors contributed $66.3 million for scholarships.
  • More students succeed. ASU ranks #1 among the state’s public universities for its 86% first-year retention rate thanks in part to donor-funded student success initiatives.
  • And donors helped ASU offer more than 4,500 hours of free tutoring.

I believe ASU is a major life force in our community and I want to do my part to help it thrive."
