In 1987, the Michael M. Milburn Endowed Scholarship was established in memory of Michael Milburn, a graduate of Thunderbird, by his classmates of 1977 and 1978. He will always be remembered by his classmates as the epitome of a true Texan, exemplifying integrity, true friendship, and business and academic excellence. This scholarship supports students with an interest in entrepreneurial ventures post-graduation.
Receiving this award is not only a great honor and gift, but it has helped to ease the financial burden of attending Thunderbird’s School of Global Management. Without your generosity, it would have been difficult for me to attend this school. I cannot begin to thank you enough for your incredible support and for the ability to further my education!”
