The Staff Council Staff Helping Staff Endowment will ensure that the ASU Staff Council can help members facing a financial emergency for many years to come. With an endowment, the principal amount is kept intact and the investment earnings are distributed. Thus, an endowment fund can serve as a permanent source of support. The Staff Helping Staff Endowment will serve in perpetuity as a financial assistance program to aid benefits-eligible ASU staff members in need.
