Terry Bourland dedicated more than 40 years to Arizona’s engineering and construction industry. In 2009, a scholarship was established in his memory to continue Bourland’s outstanding legacy. Today, the Terry Bourland Memorial New American University scholarship supports students studying engineering or construction management.
