In her lab, Professor Ringenbach has the opportunity to work with special populations, such as people with Down Syndrome and Parkinson's disease. It is evident that these populations have affected her life tremendously and vice versa. You can see the love she has for the people she works with and wants to do everything she possibly can to help better their lives and provide awareness to those who do not understand their condition.”
