The Women & Philanthropy program offers its members several opportunities to get involved. The program consists of committees that provide direction and leadership to member investors. All active members are eligible for consideration to participate on one of the following committees.
Education advisory committee
The education advisory committee offers suggestions for speakers, topics and events to the Women & Philanthropy director that will help to educate members about the accomplishments and achievements at ASU. Women & Philanthropy programming seeks to engage, inspire and inform women and provide examples of how their support of ASU advances the quality of life in our community.
Investment committee
The investment committee selects ASU programs, scholarships and fellowships for funding consideration by Women & Philanthropy members. The investment committee evaluates requests based on their alignment with ASU’s current initiatives and priorities. Women & Philanthropy seeks ASU funding proposals that directly support the operation of programs or student success.
Membership committee
The membership committee identifies and recruits new members and supports the operation, programs and activities of Women & Philanthropy to retain current members. Women & Philanthropy seeks to recruit women who have a passion for education, ASU and our community.
